A radiant yellow sky gleamed behind the Sydney Harbor as my boat approached the shore. The beautiful visuals reminded me one of Australia's finest creations: the Lemon Pavlova.
Its surface was a cloud of white meringue as shapely and elegant as the Sydney Opera House, while its lemon coulis was akin to the morning sunlight which beamed down from above. This led to a soft, marshmallow center, perfectly contrasted against the sharp lemon glaze.
